Our financing sources include conventional bank construction loans, financing, and subsidies, tax exempt municipal bond financing, permanent real estate loans, state grants, private equity, internal financing, and private investors. In each case, we provide a completion guaranty for delivery of the project by a fixed date for a guaranteed price, which is required to close the financing in timely manner.
